Unified Communications (UC) refers to a complete integration of instant business
communications services such as presence information, instant messaging (chat),
voice services such as IP telephony, enterprise mobility features (such as
expansion mobility), web conferencing and audio/video conferencing services. ,
fixed cellular convergence, instant desktop and data sharing, real-time
whiteboards and call control. Unified Communications is also responsible for
voice identification, along with offline communications services, including unified
messaging (integrated voicemail, email, fax and SMS). We have in-house expertise to incorporate different communication modes into the network architecture, so
